In our group fitness sessions we use strength training and cardio exercises to increase the aerobic fitness levels of our clients and to help them get stronger and leaner. Our workouts vary every session and we tailor the exercises to suit the group and can adjust exercises to suit your fitness level!
How do you start? Just turn up to a session!
What do you bring? Water, a towel, and a great attitude! Leave your wallet at home, the first session is always free.
What do I wear? Clothes to work out in – anything you feel comfortable getting sweaty in!
Our group fitness sessions are run in a motivating and friendly manner where we encourage you to work at your fitness level and push your own limits rather than being forced to keep up with others. Most ages and fitness levels can take part in our group fitness sessions, but if you are unsure about whether our classes are for you just get in touch with us with any questions you may have.
