360 Degree Fitness offers mobile personal training, small group training, and men’s group fitness classes in the Wellington area at times and locations that suit you. Our personal training sessions are varied and tailored to meet your goals; be it fat loss or training for a specific event. Your goals are our priority.
Our private home-based gym located in Churton Park offers a training option close to home for those in Wellington’s northern suburbs. Pick your own music, wear whatever you feel comfortable in, and best of all – train with the comfort and ease of being the only one in the gym!
You can train 1-1 or as a small group with some friends if you would prefer. Our personal training sessions are designed to suit your needs and help you reach your fitness goals.
We also run group fitness sessions both for the public and closed sessions for corporate groups. These are aimed at burning fat, increasing strength and improving your overall fitness. However, if you have specific goals or events which you would like to train for as a group we can cater for this as well.
